Job Summary
Were looking for a Marketing Executive who isnt afraid to wear multiple hats — from creating social media content to optimising our web presence for search. Youll be our go-to person for day-to-day marketing activities, while also helping us grow our organic reach through smart, practical SEO.
This is what your job scope will be…SEODevelop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including backlink building.
Optimise on-page elements such as meta tags, schema markup, structured data, and internal linking.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to drive content strategy.
Drive organic traffic growth and improve website rankings on major search engines.
Perform regular SEO audits and recommend fixes for technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
Assist in managing and growing our social media presence across platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu), including content planning, posting, and engagement.
Structure and write content for landing and web pages, working closely with the designer and developer to ensure a seamless delivery.
Coordinate direct marketing efforts, including email marketing campaigns and physical mail outreach to targeted customer segments.
Take on any ad-hoc marketing-related tasks as needed, such as collaborating with internal teams to develop marketing collaterals, presentations, and promotional materials, and liaising with external partners to gather quotations.
Keep up with marketing and industry trends — and always be ready to pitch in fresh, creative ideas!
We Would Love to Hear From You If You Have...
2-3 years of marketing experience, with hands-on SEO involvement.
Good understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.).
Solid knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Experience with technical SEO audits and website optimisation.
Experience in content creation and social media management.
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively across teams.
A results-driven mindset, focusing on meeting KPIs and contributing to business goals.
A positive, can-do attitude combined with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
A roll-up-your-sleeves approach — youre resourceful, action-oriented, and not afraid to experiment, adapt, and get things done.
