Marketing Manager
1. Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and target audience profiles.
- Identify growth opportunities and establish brand positioning within the competitive landscape.
2. Managing Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation and Sales Support
- Oversee and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, website content, email marketing, and paid online advertising.
- Manage agency partners and internal resources to ensure campaign effectiveness and consistency.
- Drive qualified leads through targeted marketing initiatives across both online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handoff and follow-up, with a focus on lead nurturing and conversion.
3. Building Brand Awareness
- Develop content and manage the companys online and social media presence to enhance brand visibility.
- Strategize brand development initiatives to increase engagement and customer retention.
- Produce performance reports and actionable insights to guide decision-making.
4. Collaboration with Development Teams, Strategic Partnerships and Collaborations
- Work closely with sales consultants, developers, partners to align marketing strategies with business development efforts.
- Support joint marketing and promotional events.
5. Developing Marketing & Sales Collateral
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, presentations, flyers, and online content to support sales and leasing activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property industry
- Strong knowledge of current digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Proven experience in lead generation and campaign management
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Analytics tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of the International property market is highly desirable
- Able to work during the weekends and ad hoc weekday evenings
