About The Role Reporting to the Head of LifeSkills Development, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to refine and enhance existing life skills course content, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful for university students. Your role will also involve confidently delivering courses, such as communication and public speaking, while supporting initiatives that foster critical life skills development.

Duties & Responsibilities Course Development - Co-create and implement e-learning, blended learning courses, and experiential workshops to increase the development of core life skills and workplace competencies of undergraduates

Course Delivery - Deliver engaging and effective life skills courses, such as communication and public speaking, to students across various faculties, fostering an environment of active learning and practical application

Course Administration and Evaluation - Conduct programme evaluation and make recommendations for improvements - Demonstrate continuous learning by staying informed about industry trends to recommend improvements and updates to course materials, ensuring continued relevance and impact - Conduct needs analysis and desk research to develop the content and teaching aids (e.g. videos) to enhance instructional design - Project manage the programme development of new programmes involving project planning, stakeholder coordination, timeline management and reporting

Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with LifeSkills Development team members and colleagues across CFG to enhance and refine existing course content, ensuring that it aligns with the evolving needs and challenges faced by current university students

Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in any industry

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Meticulous and well-organised, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work

  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach and a service-oriented mindset

  • Prior experience in teaching or engaging with young people is advantageous but not essential
