Job Title: Logistics Consultant Manager

Key roles and responsibilities for your new role as Logistics Consultant Manager at Classic Systems are:

Responsibilities:

• Formulating and implementing a coherent and profitable sales analysis,.

• Ensure the Business runs profitably in line with established revenue and profit projections through effective management of employees and accomplishment of our business objectives.

• Build business case for 3PL logistics services for Systems

• Working effectively with our team, employees and suppliers to ensure service provision to clients and business partners is of the highest quality

• To ensure the business is compliant with the highest quality standards at all times.

Essential Duties:

• Coaching and consulting staff members and supporting their professional development.

• Sourcing new clients and partner relationships.

• Accomplish objectives by establishing plans, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; recommending mid-course corrections.

• Representing the Company at public events

• Building company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.

• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Other key skills that you will need to demonstrate as a General Manager:

• Ability to motivate and support the workforce

• Ability to understand a multi-faceted business and the complexities of the industry and business landscape

• Strong financial acumen

• Complex problem solving and avoidance skills
