Responsibilities
  • Address issues related to LNG as a marine fuel, including challenges and challenges raised by its use.
  • Manage volatility in the marine fuels business.
  • Ensure compliance with sanctions and export control regulations.
  • Negotiate and draft commercial agreements such as bunkering, charter parties, and LNG supply contracts.
  • Collaborate with legal teams across regions on projects and disputes.
  • Support credit risk management and supervise corporate matters.
  • Participate in legal training and meetings within the organization.
Qualifications
  • L.L.B. or J.D., preferably qualified in Singapore or the UK, with a good understanding of contract law.
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a law firm or as a legal counsel.
  • Experience in the energy sector; knowledge of marine fuels and LNG is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to manage risks, and work in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
