For our Singapore Sales division, located in Singapore , we are seeking a Junior Manager - Sales Planning and Analytics (m/f/d) .

• Lead regional sales planning initiatives and oversee the development of sales-related databases and analytics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Collect, cleanse, and ensure the accuracy of data from various sources.
• Drive initiatives to improve data quality and automate data processes for efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Tableau for actionable insights.
• Optimize existing dashboards and propose enhancements based on user feedback.
• Document and update data analytics processes and guidelines.
• Manage and prioritize ad hoc requests from management and other departments.

• Bachelors degree or higher in business, data analytics, or a related field.
• Ideally, 3-7 years of experience in project management, Sales Planning & Analysis, or business intelligence.
• Experience in fashion, footwear, or DTC retail/e-commerce is a plus.
• Motivated entry-level candidates eager to grow are also welcome.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with complex datasets.
• Experience in project and change management, with knowledge of business process documentation.
• Understanding of economic interrelationships affecting business performance.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and familiar with Tableau or similar BI tools.
