IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated IT Business Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you will support in projects (80%) and day-to-day operational tasks (20%). This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in both project work and business operations in a dynamic environment. Your primary focus will be supporting initiatives in Zone ASEAN, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from across the globe, gaining exposure to international perspectives and working styles. Your Role: Projects (80%)

• You will liaise with business users to elicit and document business requirements, and work towards providing a suitable solution for them.
• You will assist in the development of business cases and project documentation such as process flows, user stories, test cases, functional specifications, user guides etc.
• You will support project planning, implementation, and monitoring activities.
• You will participate and support in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
• You will track and report project progress, risks, and issues.
• You will be responsible for running small projects independently.

Operational Support (20%)

• You will collaborate with users and resolution team in troubleshooting or problem solving of IT issues.
• You will support in ensuring IT assets and resources are effectively managed.
• You will maintain internal documentation, templates, and process guides.
• You will suggest and support in implementing process improvement initiatives.
• You will assist in drafting user communications for Zone ASEAN.
• You will conduct user training.

Your Expertise:

• Recent graduate in Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in IT
• Highly motivated individual
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Self-driven and willing to learn new skills and technologies
• Strong communication skills and enjoys working in a collaborative environment
• Good time management skills with ability to work on multiple tasks or projects
