ICT and AV Support Function

The services required are set out as follows:

• Assist the teachers in ICT device support (e.g., moving of device carts and maintenance of devices in the carts).
• Assist in setting up and management of AV systems in Hall, Canteen and other interim areas.
• Provide administrative support to the teachers (e.g. iPAD Mobile Device Management Liaising, manning Google Admin Console).
• Provide multimedia support to the teachers (e.g., recording of lessons in class, school event phototaking, in-house collateral designs).
• Assist in the preparation of resources and logistics support and provide in-session assistance for school-based ICT lessons.

Qualifications and Skills

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Higher NITEC in ICT related courses
• 2 years of experience in providing ICT, AV and related teaching and administrative support

A candidate who has experience in designing media assets and collaterals (e.g., website graphics, slides, images, etc.) and working in a school environment is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.13 - $2,785.99 per month
