Human Resources Officer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support our HR department with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience in HR who are eager to grow their career in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases (e.g., leaves, attendance, personal details)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help coordinate employee training sessions and performance review schedules
  • Handle routine HR-related queries from staff
  • Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and company events
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of HR experience preferred, but fresh graduates with internships are welcome
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
