HR Manager
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Main duties involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.
This role is vital to Initias success. People are our most important asset, and youll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing the companys HR agenda
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages
- Developing and creating KPI and evaluation structures for employees
- Finding suitable government grants for the business and securing them
- Managing HR funds with government grants
- Providing input on workforce and succession planning, as well as restructuring
- Ensuring completion of projects assigned by HQ
- Handling recruitment processes: posting ads, shortlisting, preparing employment contracts
- Ensuring legal compliance
- Planning training and development programs for staff
- Managing payroll accurately and timely
- Handling welfare matters and organizing staff activities
- Driving performance management, identifying talent gaps, and developing internal pipelines
- Managing overall payroll processes
- Providing HR consulting and solutions to business units
