HR Generalist

Your new company

My client provides biomedical and healthcare solutions, offering a range of products and services for medical research, diagnostics, and patient care. They are looking for an HR Generalist to join their growing HR team.

Your new role

- HR Operations: Manage employee lifecycle, maintain HR databases, support payroll and benefits, ensure compliance with labor laws, and administer HRIS systems.- Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and build talent pipelines.- Employee Engagement: Support engagement initiatives, handle employee queries, and coordinate performance reviews and feedback cycles.- Learning & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and track effectiveness.- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment regulations, support HR audits, and improve HR policies and processes.- General Support: Assist with administrative tasks, travel arrangements, and office management, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business goals.

What youll need to succeed

- Bachelors degree in HR or related field- 5+ years HR generalist experience- Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and regional regulations- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office- Excellent communication and analytical skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask- IHRP-CP certification a plus
