HR Generalist

Our client is a leading player in crypto space. They are seeking a HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and office administration. Youll play a key role in shaping employee experience and supporting the teams rapid growth.

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment (posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Keep HRIS and personnel files accurate and compliant
• Manage benefits, leave tracking, and claims
• Coordinate performance reviews and training logistics
• Implement HR policies and ensure labor-law compliance
• Lead engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Run day-to-day office operations and supplies procurement
• Arrange travel, events, and meeting logistics
• Work with vendors and building relationships
• Maintain an organized, well-stocked workspace
• Handle mail, couriers, and other office logistics

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as HR Generalist
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
