HR Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the day-to-day HR operations.
- Maintain effective record keeping and ensure updates are timely made, including training records and manpower records.
- Submit government-related claims, including government-paid leaves and training grants.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements on approved platforms, initial shortlisting of candidates, and arranging interviews, with a focus on warehouse operational employees.
- Support in orientation and onboarding for new employees.
- Assist in training functions, including training and course registrations with training providers and monitoring timely completion of training evaluations.
- Support payroll administration, including verifying overtime and allowance submissions.
- Manage work pass administration.
- Assist with HR-related queries from employees.
- Assist with government survey completions that are HR-related.
- Support HR projects undertaken by the HR Department and employee engagement initiatives.
