HR & Admin Executive
We are looking to fill the position of Payroll/HR Administrator. Our ideal candidate must have experience with Payroll and HR procedures and have the ability to undertake various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Position: HR & Admin Executive
- HR, Payroll Administrator Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring including Maintaining HR files.
- Manage company payroll accurately and timely, check attendance and leave update and adjustments monthly
- Provide an effective HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, grievance matters, and all other employee-relations matters.
- Company insurance policy - Maintain, Review and provide necessary coordination work for claim benefit.
- Provide support and coordination for staff performance appraisal.
- Arrange and coordinate training for staff.
- Work passes related work including application and renewal
Admin Responsibilities: -
- Supervise junior admin. staff in managing office admin works
- Prepare Visa application documents for traveler and guest related invitation letter
- Flight ticket, ferry and hotel bookings.
- Supervise Junior team for Festival related gifts arrangement for customers/vendors.
- Other General Admin duties
HR Payroll Administrator Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR or equivalent, Diploma/Degree in Accountancy will be added advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration and with payroll software related experience
- Familiar with MOM Local Act & Guidelines, able to manage dispute & disciplinary issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience with payroll systems and accounting software is a plus
- Ability to work independently.
