We are currently seeking a highly skilled High Voltage Project Manager to oversee the delivery of critical high voltage infrastructure projects for our data center facilities.**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage all aspects of high voltage infrastructure projects, including substations, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to achieve project objectives and deliverables.- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones, identifying and addressing any deviations or risks to ensure project success.- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate project activities, resolve issues, and optimize project delivery.- Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.- Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation, to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.- Utilize strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address technical challenges, resolve conflicts, and keep the project on track.- Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance and attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of the project meet established standards and requirements.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in project execution and delivery.**Key Qualifications**:- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred.- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on high voltage (22kv-66kv) infrastructure projects, particularly substations.- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.- Thorough understanding of electrical engineering principles, high voltage systems, and industry standards.- Experience navigating regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.- Proficiency in project management tools and software.- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.- Prior experience in the data center industry is advantageous but not required.
