Helpdesk Support Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a Helpdesk Support Coordinator for a 2-month contract to assist in issue tracking, resolution coordination, and user guidance. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between users and the technical team while leveraging FAQs and self-help resources to enhance support efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue Management: Capture, document, and track reported issues, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
  • Coordination: Liaise with the technical team to provide status updates and facilitate issue resolution.
  • User Support: Guide users in troubleshooting common issues using FAQs and predefined issue entry criteria.
  • Communication: Ensure clear and professional communication with users regarding issue status and resolution timelines.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and end users.
  • Available for a 2-month engagement .
