  • General overview and running the projects of the company.
  • Perform due diligence & forecasts of of potential projects with CFO & production team
  • Provide decision-making on green-lighting projects
  • Once projects are green lit taking the lead of projects
  • Build project timelines and assign roles and responsibilities
  • Lock in any 3rd party vendors with project scope.
  • Execute & deliver projects to the highest quality.
  • Tight control of P&Ls and budgets for each project
  • Review, assess and debrief each project and learnings to be taken into account for the next projects
