Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a team-oriented mindset with strong leadership and people management skills
• Oversee bar stock and ingredient organization, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored for quality control
• Ensure all food and drinks are prepared and presented according to recipes, SOPs, and brand standards
• Handle guest concerns professionally, providing swift and effective resolutions
• Train and mentor new employees, coaching them to meet restaurant standards
• Manage purchasing and receiving of bar supplies
• Enforce proper grooming and hygiene standards among floor staff
• Ensure all bar equipment is well-maintained and meets SFA standards, promptly reporting any issues to management
• Assist the company in expansion plans and new outlet setups
• Perform basic service duties, including order-taking, drink preparation, food service, cashiering, and housekeeping
• Ensure VIP guests receive exceptional service and attention
