Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fresh Flower Garland Expert to join our team. This role involves creating high-quality, handcrafted flower garlands for a variety of important events such as weddings, funerals, temple ceremonies, and special occasions , predominantly within the Indian community.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the floral or garland-making industry , with the ability to produce beautiful and durable garlands using fresh flowers. Orders will vary in complexity and size, ranging from 6ft to 15ft , depending on the clients requirements.

• Design and tie fresh flower garlands according to traditional and custom styles.
• Handle and maintain fresh flowers with care to preserve their appearance and longevity.
• Fulfill orders from temples and private clients with precision and timeliness.
• Ensure all garlands meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with team members to manage large orders or urgent requests.

• Proven experience in making fresh flower garlands, preferably for cultural or religious events.
• Knowledge of different flower types and traditional garland styles.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and manage multiple orders.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality craftsmanship.
• Must be flexible with working hours depending on event schedules and order volumes.

• Experience working with Indian temples or cultural events.
• Familiarity with traditional Indian floral designs.
• Physical stamina to work long hours on large garlands if needed.
