As an Executive, Patient Billing Services, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead and support a team handling billing for public sectors and HR Shared Services, ensuring claims are submitted on time

  • Track and follow up on rejected or delayed claims promptly

  • Ensure payments and on-site collections are recorded accurately and on time

  • Reconcile financial records and resolve any payment discrepancies

  • Work with vendors to fix system errors and interface issues

  • Test system fixes in a test environment before rolling them out

  • Coordinate with internal teams for new payer or scheme setups

  • Improve the efficiency of billing and payment processes

  • Take part in process improvement and IT-related projects

  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer

Requirements:

  • Possess Degree in Healthcare / Business Admin related field
