Responsibilities:

• Directly liaise with directors, being the main point of contact with relevant stakeholders
• Screen and direct phone messages and distribute correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Take dictation and minutes
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Devise and maintain an office filing system

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a personal assistant/executive assistant is preferred
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Integrity and professionalism
• Effectively communicate with relevant business stakeholders
• Familiarity with legal documentation and general corporate work is a plus
• Proven project & crisis management skills
• Proficiency in MS office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,700.00 - $4,500.00 per month
