Event Executive

Real-life escape the room is a reality first-person adventure game simulating online room escape flash games. In the game, the player is locked in a room and must exploit his or her surroundings in order to escape. The game requires players to be observant and use critical thinking skills in order to solve the challenges and riddles, which is very suitable for team building, family bonding and analytic assessment. • Plan, host and facilitate events for Lockdown Escape, The Escape Artist, Lava Floor and V-Room VRcade
• Handle day to day operations, including the responsibilities of managing the part-timers
• Design and prepare marketing materials
• Attend to customers and email enquiries about events.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holiday

• Able to prioritize work, multi-tasking and follow-up with an eye for detail
• Quick thinker and problem solver
• Confident in speaking to a group of people
• Willing to work on public holidays and weekends if necessary
• Excellent oral, written and good interpersonal skills
• Good Photoshop/Design skills will be advantageous
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma

• Opportunities for rotations of roles and exposure to different events
• Roster shift averaging 5 day work week (one workday consists of the full operation hours from 12noon to 9pm)
