Job Description

To perform the following tasks, as part of the Service Center operations:-

• Analyze watches received, and perform the technical in order to specify services and operations to perform, as well as components to be changed;
• For watches with immediate estimates, validate the estimate as well as its contents (if needed, perform a new version of the estimate);
• Assess and provide sound recommendations for the estimate where necessary (additional)
• Perform small interventions (change of strap/ bracelet and/or battery, time setting, etc.)

To participate in the continuous improvement of the estimation process, while complying with technical guidelines set out by the Company.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in watch industry - relevant experience would be an advantage
• Good understanding of mechanics
• Good logical thinking, especially as applied to diagnostic work
• Strong communication skills
