Environmental Health & Safety Officer (Construction Industry / LTA Project)

Our client is a leading integrated construction company. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Environmental Health & Safety Officer to join their Safety Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area - easily accessible.

Duties of Environmental Health & Safety Officer:

• Advise the Project Manager on site environmental health and safety matters.
• Identify and report potential environmental risks (e.g. pests, pollution, poor housekeeping) with recommended actions.
• Develop and implement the Site Environmental Control Programme.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities and equipment are compliant and hazard-free.
• Prepare and submit fortnightly environmental control reports.
• Respond to environmental feedback and assist with investigations of disease outbreaks, if any.
• Lead awareness initiatives and training to promote good hygiene and environmental practices.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and report unsafe conditions or behaviours.

Requirements

• Certified in ECO & ECMO
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience as an ECO/ECMO with experience working on LTA infrastructure projects
