Electrical Engineer Manager
- Must be able to demonstrate the skill to deliver the work scope in detailed technical knowledge and supervisory skills.
- Jobs involved propulsion equipment removal, reinstallation, servicing, repair and reconditioning, and commissioning activity.
- Managing teams and delivering ship/shipyard schedules required commitment and efficiency.
- Ensure that the work is executed according to the companys Quality, Health, Safety and Environment guidelines and customer site procedures and report unsafe practices and incidents.
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, liaise and coordinate technical meetings with yard, customers, owners and internal service team.
