What does agreat Data Operations Analyst do?
A successful Data Operations Analyst at InvestCloud monitors time sensitive processing responsible for all scheduled jobs running properly to meeting client expectations. Data Operations Analyst will troubleshoot processing issues that arise working closely with internal and external resource to drive issues to resolution.
What are duties/skills required:
- Operate and monitor batch processing and system performance in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in conducting batch operations support, analysis and troubleshooting
- Maintain and update batch processing documentation
- Coordinate support activities with other internal and external users
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Required to work from IC office Bangalore
Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a data operations analyst role
- Working knowledge of: Autosys, AIX, Linux, Perl, Shell Scripting, SFTP, Connect Direct/NDM, Jira, ZenDesk
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to multi-task priorities.
