Customer Success Manager APAC

What we are looking for.

In support of our growth, Onclusive is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. Talented, dedicated and enthstic, you will have the global mission of keeping our clients happy and achieve a high rate of client retention.

Key responsibilities include.

  • Maintain existing relationships with our clients so that they will continue using Onclusive software

  • Maintain a high rate of client retention, you will be in charge of the negotiation and contractual relationship with the clients.

  • Growing your portfolio by delivering upsells

  • Work closely with the Onboarding team and the Insights team in order to provide excellent after-sales services to our clients.

What you bring.
  • A degree or enrolment in Business Administration/Sales/Marketing or a related field;

  • Subject matter expertise in one of the following domains: Social Media Analytics, Digital Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Business Intelligence, Account Management;

  • Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in client support/sales for enterprise solutions, data/startup or digital agencies would be a plus;

  • Complete professional fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese/Chinese a plus,

  • Comfortable with technology;

  • You have strong interpersonal skills, you are diplomatic with exceptional communication and organizational skills.

  • Positive attitude, competitive, confident personality with strongly developed persuasive skills and a customer-focused orientation;

  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
