What a day-in-your-life would look like:

• Champion all queries and requests from walk-ins/emails/phone calls in a professional, trustworthy, and prompt manner
• Assist in the day-to-day operations & administration of centers

Job Requirements

You should:

• Possess a strong customer-centric personality and mindset
• Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition
• Possess commendable interpersonal communication skills
• Ideally, possess at least 1 year of customer service-related working experience

Job requirements:

• Be able to work on both weekend (8.15am - 6.45pm) weekly
• Obtained a NITEC Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field
• Be proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel)

Additional Notes

What you can expect from us:

• Be able to work on both weekends (8.15am - 6.45pm) and at least 1-2 weekdays (1.15pm-9.45pm) weekly
