Job Requirements
You should:
- Possess a strong customer-centric personality and mindset
- Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition
- Possess commendable interpersonal communication skills
- Ideally, possess at least 1 year of customer service-related working experience
Job requirements:
- Be able to work 4 weekdays (1.15pm - 9.45pm), and 1 weekend (8.15am - 6.45pm)
- Obtained a NITEC Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field
- Be proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel)
