Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

  • Professionally handle customer calls with courtesy and ensure a high standard of service
  • Manage appointment scheduling and medication registration via electronic systems
  • Oversee and support the sales of packages and related products
  • Lead by example in delivering warm customer service and building strong client relationships
  • Supervise daily operations and ensure team compliance with SOPs
  • Provide guidance and on-the-job training to team members
  • Coordinate work schedules, including weekends and rotating shifts (2 days off per week)

  • 通过电子系统管理预约看诊及登记配药流程
  • 主导配套及相关产品的销售
  • 以身作则,热情接待顾客,建立并维护良好的客户关系
  • 监督日常运营,确保团队遵守标准作业流程
  • 提供团队成员指导与在职培训
  • 协调排班,包括周末及轮班安排(每周休息2天)
