Customer Service Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to manage customer order provisioning and service assurance activities.
  • Coordinate and follow up on sales enquiries quotations, purchase orders, shipments & deliveries.
  • Quotations to both local & overseas customers
  • To assist out overseas colleagues and agents in their quotations.
  • Coordinate with both local & overseas vendors/customers
  • Entering of sales quotations and sales orders
  • Review customers complaints and take preventive actions.
  • Coordination of payment process from customers.
  • Coordinating with freight forwarders / courier services for incoming & outgoing shipments.
  • Assist & attend telephone calls and enquiries.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties deemed fit and necessary by the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level (Certificate or Diploma holder will have added advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience (Prior customer service experience in trading company or logistic sector is a plus)
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Preparation of necessary paperwork (i.e, new transactions, forms, applications and requests)
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by following-up and resolving service-related issues in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Meeting and maintaining high level of frontline service
  • Willing to work at Tuas

(Have Company Transport at Jurong East, Boon Lay)

Salary range - SGD 2,000 to 2,800
