CREDIT BUREAU OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
As a member of our Credit Bureau Operation Team, the candidate will be responsible for services and processes related to the daily operations of the credit bureau. Key responsibilities include data management activities to ensure bureau compliance and data contribution from members, as well as overseeing daily data loading activities.
The candidate must maintain communication with local clients and stakeholders regarding their updated business needs, involving effective coordination with internal and external parties.
Additionally, the candidate will provide general administrative support and assist in project management for delivering credit bureau services to clients, covering proposal/tender, requirements gathering, development, testing/certification, and deployment.
We seek a self-driven, accountable, positive team player with a can-do attitude and relevant operations experience. The ideal candidate should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be capable of overcoming complexities.
What youll be doing- Achieve operational efficiency targets (e.g., data loading percentage).
- Ensure timely and accurate data loading submitted by members.
- Conduct sanity checks after data loading.
- Perform regular checks on credit bureau members access and credit check inquiries.
- Retain and safeguard all documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
- Prepare documents for compliance reporting, regular credit bureau meetings, and minutes taking.
- Generate regular reports for finance and internal stakeholders.
- Manage credit bureau members profiles, access, and billing as part of administrative and operational duties.
- Handle over-the-counter report purchase requests from the public.
- Coordinate with clients (credit bureau members and the public), internal users, and IT on data-related issues and resolve arising matters.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing and Post-Implementation Testing for system changes.
- Perform any additional reports or tasks relevant to business operations.
- Handle high-confidentiality data in a office-based environment.

- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Singapore.
- Proficiency with numbers and basic Excel skills.
- Meticulous and prudent in data management.
- Experience in operations and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated in previous roles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills for articulating issues and solutions.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Singapore business landscape is preferred.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or IT is preferred.
