Course Consultant
Position Overview
As a Course Consultant at Fun Learners School , you are the welcoming face and voice of our school— embodying our core belief in igniting FUN in every learner. Your role is crucial in ensuring an outstanding experience for every parent, student, and visitor, supporting our academic operations, and contributing to the growth and vibrancy of our learning community.
Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement- Greet visitors warmly and create a positive first impression of Fun Learners School.
- Handle walk-in, phone, email, and WhatsApp enquiries regarding courses, enrolments, trial classes, and school events.
- Guide parents through the trial class and enrolment process, ensuring clear communication at every stage.
- Provide timely follow-up on all customer enquiries and feedback.
- Manage student enrolments, withdrawals, and class transfers using the FLS Account System.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date learner records, communication logs, and payment statuses.
- Prepare and issue official receipts, payment advice, and enrolment documents.
- Coordinate class schedules, make-up lessons, and library loans.
- Foster strong, empathetic relationships with students and parents, becoming a trusted point of contact.
- Gather and encourage parent testimonials and Google reviews.
- Support in implementing Fun Learners Star Reward System to motivate learners.
- Assist with center maintenance to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
- Follow SOPs for daily checklists, record keeping, and customer service procedures.
- Support marketing efforts such as open houses, holiday programs, and enrichment promotions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - warm, polite, and confident.
- Positive, energetic, and professional image , aligned with our schools values.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in ChatGPT, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable with using CRM systems. .Meticulous in handling administrative tasks and payments.
- Willingness to constantly learn and improve, embodying our value of continuous learning.
- Minimum GCE ‘O Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or education sector preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of Mandarin is an bonus for liaising with Chinese-speaking parents.
- Wednesday to Fridays : 11:30 AM - 9:15 PM (2 meals break, 45mins each)
- Weekends (Sat-Sun) : 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM (1 meals break, 45mins each)
- Monday & Tuesday : Off
