Corporate Secretary

Corporate Secretary (Global MNC), Singapore based role Are you looking for an exciting career move with the opportunity to join an industry leader and have a great company culture; this is a rare position in the market.You will have the opportunity to work on the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, join a growing team and report directly toDeputy General Counsel based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Handle company set-ups, closures, board documentation, powers of attorney, and compliance filings.
• Coordinate with local and overseas corporate secretaries to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate entity records and databases (e.g. Diligent Entities).
• Support document execution, including notarization and legalization processes.
• Track filing deadlines and assist in preparing governance reports.
• Provide administrative support and assist with other corporate matters as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of corporate secretarial experience or background with focus on company law and corporate governance.
• Familiar with company compliance requirements in Singapore and other relevant countries
• Ability to manage tasks independently, meet multiple deadlines, and work with strong attention to detail
• Possessing ICSA qualification or holding a recognized professional degree qualification will be considered an advantage.
• If you have a law background to go with corporate secretarial work, it would be an added plus.
• Salary on offer 8-10k plus 3-6 months of performance bonus.
