Corporate Lending Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed business requirement gathering and use case analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
  • Perform end-to-end process mapping, feasibility analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and support UAT planning, scenario creation, testing, issue tracking, and resolution.
  • Collaborate with IT, business users, and cross-functional PMOs to ensure alignment and delivery of project goals.
  • Support planning and execution of data migration tasks (data mapping, cleansing, rehearsals).
  • Oversee EUC/RPA/Tool initiatives from planning to UAT, including team coordination and issue management.
  • Provide post-implementation user support and training, including BCP and procedure revisions.
  • Handle regular reporting, risk and issue tracking, and contribute to stakeholder updates.
  • Coordinate with internal/external developers, support resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus in corporate banking.
  • Deep understanding of Credit Facility Origination, Corporate Lending (Bilateral & Syndicated), and settlement operations.
  • Familiarity with FIS ACBS or similar corporate banking platforms is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in project lifecycles across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Skilled in tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure.

Preferred Skills

  • Technical understanding of enterprise applications, SDLC, or cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience in business process automation (e.g., RPA tools) and supporting end-user computing solutions.
  • Project leadership or coordination experience.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high business value.
