Construction Manager

Job Description:

• Plan, deploy, and manage workforce.
• Coordinate to address construction challenges and oversee scheduling.
• Prioritize safety with expertise in RA and permit applications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective interpersonal skills for managing teams on-site.
• Develop construction execution plans and policies.
• Monitor project schedule, progress, and performance.
• Lead and facilitate meetings.
• Initiate and coordinate cross-disciplinary meetings.
• Review and approve changes to specifications or procedures.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and manage handover procedures.
• Responsible for resolving all on-site issues.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Construction Management Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in plant engineering design and construction, specifically in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, and industrial plants, with a consistent career in the engineering department.
• Ability to independently manage construction activities within operational plants (e.g., refineries).
• Responsible for ensuring timely and profitable completion of construction projects.
• Strong knowledge and experience in construction planning and execution.
• Familiarity with Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (QOHSE) requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Exceptional leadership skills, capable of leading multinational teams.
• Strong interpersonal, management, and decision-making abilities.
• Positive attitude and goal-driven mindset.
