COMPANY DIRECTOR

TKMOON2 PTE. LTD. is a dynamic and growing company committed to innovation and excellence in F&B. We are expanding our leadership team and are looking for a visionary and responsible Company Director to guide our strategic direction and ensure long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight of the companys operations and strategic plans
• Ensure full compliance with Singapores statutory and regulatory requirements
• Represent the company in business decisions, legal matters, and corporate governance
• Collaborate with stakeholders, shareholders, and authorities
• Oversee financial performance, risk management, and operational efficiency
• Serve as the named Director with ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority)

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen / PR or valid work pass holder eligible to be registered as a director
• Previous experience in company management, executive leadership, or directorship preferred
• Strong understanding of Singapore corporate governance and compliance
• High level of integrity, accountability, and leadership
• Ability to commit time and fulfill fiduciary duties as a registered director

Additional Information:

• This role may be full-time, part-time, or on a consultancy basis depending on the candidates profile
• Compensation and equity (if applicable) will be discussed during the interview process
