Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner to operate, set up, and maintain CNC lathes in our workshop. Youll produce precision-machined components from raw materials, ensuring they meet exact specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathes.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Select and install proper tooling and fixtures for each job.

• Adjust machine feeds, speeds, and offsets to maintain tight tolerances (±0.01mm or as required).

• Perform in-process quality checks using micrometers and calipers.

• Troubleshoot machining issues (e.g., tool wear, chatter, dimensional errors).

• Follow workshop safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as a CNC Turner, CNC Machinist, or Lathe Operator in a workshop environment. ✅ Ability to set up CNC lathes independently (manual programming knowledge is a plus).

✅ Strong understanding of cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters for metals (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.).

✅ Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, verniers, dial indicators)

✅ 5.5days work week with overtime opportunities
