We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled and passionate Clinic Associate to join us in providing top-quality care to our clients.
- Providing excellent customer service
- Answering phone calls & schedule patients appointments
- Managing patient flow and multi-tasking
- Provide front line counter services such as patient registration and provide information on clinic services and products.
- Assist the doctors in the day to day operation.
- Following up with patients.
- Sell and promote programs and products to patients based on their needs/doctors prescription.
- Communicate sales promotions and service options with patients.
- Keeping the office clean & presentable at all times.
- Monthly Commission if targets are met
You need to possess the following:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Responsible
- Self-motivated
- Relevant Experience in similar capacity
- Ability to work on certain off days if required
- Fast Learner
- Sales Driven!
