We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Client Lifecycle Management Associate .

In this role, you will:

1. Complete quality checks on profile submissions from Relationship Managers (RMs) and Client Service Executives (CSEs) to ensure compliance with the Banks KYC due diligence policies during client onboarding and ongoing reviews.
2. Guide RMs and CSEs to ensure timely completion of account openings and reviews, providing a positive client experience while maintaining bank safety.
3. Process and track changes in client circumstances as part of ongoing monitoring.
4. Assist with policy and procedural implementation as required.
5. Participate in process improvements related to CLM projects or projects involving the CLM team.
6. Assist with other tasks as needed.
