CENTRAL KITCHEN ADMIN EXECUTIVE

The role

We are seeking an experienced Central Kitchen Admin Executive to join our growing team at King Grouper Fish Soup Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in our Woodlands office and will play a vital part in supporting the smooth running of our central kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain records of daily kitchen operations, including inventory, staff schedules, and production data

  • Provide administrative support to the central kitchen team, including managing invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation

  • Liaise with outlet managers, chefs, and delivery personnel to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, and maintain accurate records of kitchen operations.

  • Support the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the central kitchen

What were looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the food service industry

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

  • A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset

  • Familiarity with food service operations and inventory management is preferred

  • Able to work on weekends. Alternate weekends off

  • Able to work 6 days per week.
