Business Operations Manager- Defense and Aerospace
    Key Responsibilities:Enquiry-to-Cash Cycle Management: Oversee and manage the entire enquiry-to-cash process, from initial inquiry to cash collection.Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of 10-15 professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. This includes performance management, skill development, and resource allocation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact and collaborate effectively with various internal departments, including Sales Operations, Engineering, Production Planning, Purchase, Stores, and Admin & Finance, to ensure smooth information flow and operational synergy.Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline business processes, enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve overall operational effectiveness.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all business operations adhere to relevant industry regulations, internal policies, and customer-specific requirements, maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation.Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports to the CEO on key operational metrics, performance indicators, and areas for improvement.
    Qualifications:Experience: 10-15 years of progressive experience in Business Operations, preferably within the Aerospace & Defence industry.Team Management: Demonstrated experience in successfully managing a team of at least 5 individuals, with a strong ability to lead and develop a larger team.Operational Acumen: In-depth understanding of the quote-to-cash cycle and its various stages.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
