Business Development Manager(Facility Management)

Job Responsibility:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the facility management and hotel industry sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, hotel managers, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their specific requirements and present tailored facility management solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring terms align with client expectations and company standards.
• Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Organize and participate in industry networking events to expand the companys presence and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM tools.
• Provide regular reports and strategic insights to senior management on sales performance and market opportunities.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the facility management or hotel industry.
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing clients in the relevant sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of facility management services and hotel operations.
• Ability to deliver impactful presentations and build long-term client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
