We are seeking a Business Development Manager responsible for developing sound commercial strategies focusing on new businesses such as PBMS, Delivery, OEM, Central, and Dark Kitchens.

A Day in the Life of an E-Business Manager

  • Strategy & Execution: Formulate, present, implement, and review propositions that drive strategic priorities in D2C partnerships.
  • Field Management: Support sales teams with distributors/partners by implementing innovations and defining RTM priorities related to new launches, overseeing RTM on the ground, and maintaining legal compliance with current and new partnerships with legal support.
  • Execution Excellence: Collaborate with Key Account Managers in GT and NP RTD channels to deliver retail execution excellence.
  • P&L Responsibility: Measure results of initiatives and address deviations in P&L performance.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership by identifying opportunities, guiding category and sales management in implementation, and assessing the maturity of initiatives before passing them to relevant sales teams.
What Will Make You Successful
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent;
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Marketing & Sales, with 5-7 years in retail/FMCG Grocery industry in Singapore;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and PR skills;
  • Strong understanding of finance and P&L management;
  • Ability to analyze retail industry trends, align them with Nestlés priorities, and derive new insights and business opportunities; distributor management experience is required.
