Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and drive sales strategy and plans for the Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific market, which include country and industry-specific opportunity assessment, customer and prospect prioritization.
- Overall responsible for the acquisition and project management of overseas deals.
- Close deals with eligible investors for projects and ensuring proper relationship management.
- Own the overall sales target and allocations, as well as manage the full sales cycle from targeted outbound to deal closure and ongoing account management.
- Sourcing and managing family offices.
- Recruitment of associates through various network channels
- Evangelize our projects at client meetings, industry conferences, and develop credibility as an industry thought leader and trusted partner in the Real Estate industry.
- Collaborate with our various stakeholders to drive success in an efficient manner, aligned to the directions set by HQ.
- Responsible for developing and executing on comprehensive sales and service strategy for family offices
- Responsible for acquiring and building your own team in order to meet the targets set by the organization
- Responsible for expanding our portfolio of family offices
What should you have to succeed?
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in real estate acquisition and project management field
- Personal network of clients in the region
- Proven ability to significantly ramp revenue in a new business territory, and a record of managing organizations that deliver targeted sales and market share numbers.
- Previous management experience preferred
