Business Development Director (Indonesia)

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and drive sales strategy and plans for the Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific market, which include country and industry-specific opportunity assessment, customer and prospect prioritization.

• Overall responsible for the acquisition and project management of overseas deals.

• Close deals with eligible investors for projects and ensuring proper relationship management.

• Own the overall sales target and allocations, as well as manage the full sales cycle from targeted outbound to deal closure and ongoing account management.

• Sourcing and managing family offices.

• Recruitment of associates through various network channels

• Evangelize our projects at client meetings, industry conferences, and develop credibility as an industry thought leader and trusted partner in the Real Estate industry.

• Collaborate with our various stakeholders to drive success in an efficient manner, aligned to the directions set by HQ.

• Responsible for developing and executing on comprehensive sales and service strategy for family offices

• Responsible for acquiring and building your own team in order to meet the targets set by the organization

• Responsible for expanding our portfolio of family offices

What should you have to succeed?

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 8+ years of experience in real estate acquisition and project management field

• Personal network of clients in the region

• Proven ability to significantly ramp revenue in a new business territory, and a record of managing organizations that deliver targeted sales and market share numbers.

• Previous management experience preferred
