Job Description

* Key Responsibilities

• Engage and build trust-based relationships with clients - marketing, creating events

• Assist clients with claims and policy servicing

• Work independently while contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment

* Ideal Candidate

• Motivated, people-oriented, and driven by purpose

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Committed to long-term growth and ethical advisory practices

• No prior experience needed — full training and mentorship provided

• Financial or sales background is a plus, but not required
