Job summary:

  • Expected salary: $2,400 - $2,800 per month
Senior bread baker duties include: Bread production; Dough mixing, viennoiserie lamination, frozen dough shaping; R&D new products; Prepare all types of ganache and fillings; Prepare sandwiches and twice-baked croissants; Fill and decorate all breads and pastries for retail; Ensure freezers, chillers and store are tidy and clean; Maintain cleanliness of workstations; and Any other duties as required by the Company
