Job Description:
- Provide professional beauty services such as facial treatments, skincare consultations, and basic makeup application.
- Recommend and sell beauty products and services to clients.
- Perform eyebrow shaping, waxing, threading, and basic hair removal treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and salon equipment according to health and safety standards.
- Understand clients needs and suggest appropriate beauty treatments.
- Assist hairdressers with shampooing, scalp treatments, and basic hairstyling if required.
- Manage appointment scheduling and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma in Beauty Therapy or a related field preferred.
- Experience in facial treatments, skincare, waxing, or related beauty services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a salon environment.
