Salary: SGD 5,000 to SGD 6,000
About the Role
Our client is looking for an Assets Supervisor to join their team and support seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise and schedule mechanics to site for routine inspections and diagnostic tests on construction equipment / machineries.
- Manage, coordinate and prioritize all repair and maintenance work performed on site.
- Supervise a team, ensuring maintenance protocols are followed, and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Attend to regular preventive maintenance of the equipment on site.
- Ensure that all service personnel are well trained to perform their tasks, comply with all safety procedures and use proper protective gear.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used, labour hours, and service performed, to track maintenance history and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Technical education or certification in mechanical electrical engineering, or related fields preferred.
- Experienced in servicing and repairing construction equipment / machineries including but not limited to crane, excavator, generator, working platform (boomlift / scissorlift).
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
Work Schedule
6 days work week.
