Architectural Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To understand the technical drawings of retail projects, be able to scope up our Companys deliverables as a stone supplier and installer.

• To liaise with consultant / contractor and sales person in solving technical and detailing issues of stone works.

• Attend project coordination meetings and attend to site matters if necessary and to update sales person.

• To do and verify measurements at site and prepare cutting list for stones cutting and installation.

• To prepare floor / elevation setting out plan.

• To report to the sales persons on the progress of stone works for retail projects.

• To prepare digital slab marking photos for customers confirmation.

• To prepare work orders inside ERP to align with drawings.

• To check the progress of work orders and liaise with Production Department on timely completion.

• Any other duties as assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least Diploma from a recognized institution related to building construction with minimum 3 years working experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to review or create basic shop drawings for stone supply projects are an advantage.

• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Excel, Word and Project.

• Possesses good knowledge of architectural specs and requirements.

• Good IT skills and willingness to learn and use new software.

• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.

• Have experience in final account settlements, tendering and measurements.
